New Candidate List: Tearsheet Filter Now Displays Results Immediately

We resolved an issue in the New Candidate List where the tearsheet filter appeared empty until you began typing. The filter now loads all available tearsheets as soon as it is opened and includes a scroll bar for easy browsing. You can still type to search and narrow the list if needed.
